I couldn’t leave it for the repairs, so I went home worried. A friend told me to contact you. After talking to you, I went to John Eagle Honda. Their people looked at it and it only needed $350 in repairs, and I don’t need tires for another three months. I wish everyone could learn from my experience. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.”
Mike: Ruthie, I am glad to help. Many times the service person starts looking for worn parts to replace while overlooking the original complaint from the customer. There is a big difference between worn and worn out. The first place wanted to put your Pilot back in NEW condition when you only wanted to fix the shake and have a safe vehicle. This kind of problem can be avoided by establishing a relationship with a good Service Center you can trust. Just like the medical profession, GET A SECOND OPINION!
