TAWA and Truck Rodeo

This year’s Texas Truck Rodeo brought together near 60 journalists to test drive trucks, SUVs and CUV’s in 14 different categories at Star Hill Ranch in Bee Cave, Texas.  Vehicles from the world’s top manufacturers were evaluated on their performance, value and design during the two-day competition.

The Truck Rodeo was held at Star Hill Ranch near Austin in October. Awards were announced and presented November 20 at the opening gala event of the San Antonio Auto and Truck Show.

TAWA has grown to become one of the most influential and recognized automotive journalist associates in the U.S. The group produces two annual events – Texas Auto Roundup and Texas Truck Rodeo – that allow members to experience vehicles from various manufacturers in one place, at one time.
